Sniper Elite: Resistance, a new entry in the beloved franchise, is set to launch on January 30th. We’re just days away from the sweet X-ray shots and Nazi extermination!

Story

This time around, we take on the role of Special Operations Executive agent Harry Hawker. The main storyline revolves around an insidious new Wunderwaffe—something so powerful, it guarantees the Nazis would win the war.

The new campaign story runs parallel to the events of Sniper Elite 5. The only difference is that we’re far from the front lines, deep within the heart of occupied France. It’s up to you to stop the Germans once again and turn the tide on the battlefield. ‘Viva la Résistance!

Gameplay

“The gameplay feels very familiar and barely untouched, which is a good thing if you ask us. The team at Rebellion has managed to create a game that feels just right. You can definitely expect amazing sniping mechanics, stealth, and tactical third-person combat. Another specialty of the franchise that makes it so fun is the variety of ways you can complete your missions. Optional Kill List targets, multiple infiltration and extraction points, and side missions will have us coming back to replay the game more than once.

Sniper Elite: Resistance also introduces Propaganda Missions, a brand-new style of side mission to the series. Locate a unique Propaganda poster in each of the main campaign levels to unlock a Propaganda Mission, where you become a Resistance Fighter.”
